Dairy-free berry shake
Nothing beats a cool milkshake on a summer day – Except a milk-free shake! This dairy-free berry shake can be mixed in an instant using Fazer Aito Oat Based Gurt, Oat for Whipping and frozen berries. You can add some oat bran to get a more filling shake. Simply oat-y-licious!
Prep time: 10 min
- 2-3 servings
- 3 dl Fazer Aito Oat Gurt
- 3 dl frozen berries such as lingonberries, cranberries, currants or strawberries
- 1,5 dl Fazer Aito Oat for Whipping
- 0,5 dl oat bran
- 2 pitted dates or 2 tbsp sweetened apple sauce or any sweetener of choice
- To decorate: more frozen berries
Blend everything together with an immersion blender until smooth. Decorate servings with berries and enjoy!
Tip: If you want a smoothie instead of a shake, replace Fazer Aito Oat for Whipping with Fazer Aito Oat Drink.
