This quick and easy green smoothie is deliciously green and has the perfect amount of sweetness.
- a small handful (or about 50 g) frozen cauliflower
- ½ frozen banana. You can also use one whole banana to make the smoothie sweeter.
- 150 g Aito Fruity Oat Splash Pear-vanilla
- handful (or about 1,5 dl) baby spinach
- juice of half a lime or lemon
- If needed for the smoothie to blend properly: 2 tbsp – 0,5 dl Aito Oat Drink (note: the smoothie is smoothie bowl thick when blended without the Oat drink. If you want a drinkable version, just add Oat drink to make it more liquid)
Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender. Serve immediately with berries, nuts, granola or enjoy it as it is!
